Job Summary

  • Responsible for overall management, promotion, and operation of the facility, including purchasing, booking, marketing, finance, human resources, food and beverage, box office, advertising, security, production, maintenance, parking, and related operations.
  • Develops and implements facility goals in accordance with the management contract, the Client’s objectives, corporate policy, and good business practice.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience
  • Senior management level position in Arena, Convention Center, or Stadium
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience with event production
  • Proven track record of managing large scale facility operations
  • Significant experience in contract negotiations, supervising personnel, booking, promoting, and supervising live entertainment productions, business law, purchasing procedures, labor relations and union contracts
