Maersk is seeking a Process Trainer for its Customs team at the Global Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have relevant logistics or shipping experience, particularly in customs, along with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and conduct training programs

Job Summary

  • Develop a systematic training program to support the production team in achieving the individual targets aimed at delivering the specified service level agreements at all times.
  • Coordinates closely with cluster leads, team managers and SME Customs specialist to identify training needs and/or gaps, schedule refresher training in a timely manner, help team be familiar with the system and process.

Key Requirements
