Key Requirements

• Previous experience in painting, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (Certified Service Technicians)
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
