The successful candidate will lead the development of Plant-wide PSM systems ensuring alignment with corporate standards and continuous performance improvement.
You will act as a strategic advisor guiding cross-functional teams in identifying hazards and designing inherently safer systems.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-10 years process safety experience
HAZOP and LOPA facilitation expertise
OSHA 1910.119 and EPA RMP compliance
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent cross-functional communication
Mentoring junior engineering staff
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
Certified Process Safety Professional (CCPSC) preferred
