Key Requirements
3–7+ years of automotive F&I experience
Proven success closing deals
Strong backend product performance history
Comfortable in high-volume, fast-moving environments
Experience with DMS platforms
Experience with RouteOne, CUDL, lender portals
Experience with digital contracting & e-signature platforms
Strong knowledge of DMV, titling, and compliance workflows
