The Sr. Operations Manager oversees all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives at the site while leading a team of Operations and Area Managers.
This role is responsible for driving quality improvement and process optimization initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency within the Fulfillment Center.
The position requires physical capability to walk an average of 5 miles daily and work in environments that may be noisy, unheated, or not air-conditioned.
