Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.

Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid vacation, sick days, and 7 paid holidays
