Job Summary

  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to take behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality of protected health information and promptly reporting any suspected violations or incidents.

Must-have

  • Valid AZ Caregiver Certification required
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License required

  • Monitor resident condition and report changes
