The position involves managing approximately 20+ staff members, handling end-of-day financial reconciliations, and leading strategic sales initiatives for ticket and season pass purchases.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervise 20+ guest service staff members
Handle cash and credit card reconciliation
Enforce OSHA and safety standards
Work flexible schedule including nights weekends
Maintain food handler certificate
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Experience with POS systems
Strategic sales initiative implementation
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Computer knowledge and typing skills
Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Current Food Handler's certificate required
1-2 years of hands-on experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
