Job Summary

  • The role involves leading and overseeing the quality assurance and quality control of day-to-day property management services and operations.
  • The candidate shall be able to confidently oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, financial forecasts, P&Ls, and prepare various reports.
  • Ensure TFM service providers adhere to KPI and SLA requirements and comply with UAE laws and Dubai municipality codes.

  • 5 years managing high-rise commercial in UAE
  • Relevant Masters/Post Graduate degrees and accreditations
  • Working knowledge of building operations
  • Experience with property and asset management
  • Experience with FMMA
  • Experience with transitions management
  • Experience with property management systems
  • Experience interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and tenants
