Job Summary

  • Responsible for tracking & auditing CDI performance, creating reports & analytics, maintaining dashboards, analyzing data, monitoring Key Performance Indicators, and educating under the direction of the National Director, CDI Education and Process Optimization.
  • Position requires a high level of organizational skills to manage projects and timelines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to positively communicate and work with professionals at all levels of the organizations.
  • Travel to visit sites will be between 25%-50%, depending on what part of Arizona and Michigan the ideal candidate resides.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in healthcare related field
  • Strong clinical expertise and acumen
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 50%
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, AHIMA accredited school, United States, or International School of Medicine
  • CCDS or CDIP, CCS (preferred)
