Skills & Requirements
Must-have
CNC programming using CAD/CAM software
Understanding of G and M codes
Ability to edit CNC programs in real time
Knowledge of materials, tooling, feeds and speeds
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in AutoCAD environment
Safety first mindset
Strong communication and time management skills
Key Requirements
Experience with Esprit or Mastercam
Ability to understand drawings, tolerances, and GD&T
