Job Summary
The Guest Services Representative is the initial interaction our guests have at our facilities, and as such must provide excellent customer service and exceed our guests' expectations.
Duties include greeting guests, ticket scanning, elevator and escalator operations, directing guests to their seats and arena amenities.
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for their assigned position and is expected to take ownership of making sure guests follow arena policies and guest code of conduct.
