Job Summary

  • The Assistant Manager of Operations is responsible for supervising both the Conversion Leads and part-time Conversions Crew, instructing employees in performing the day-to-day set-up and break-down of the facility.
  • This role will also assist with day-to-day repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of the facility, assist in monitoring expenses associated with conversion, as well as make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
