Job Summary

• The HSEQ System Engineer must ensure follow-up with area leaders for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the plant's Integral Management System, based on corporate policies, applicable international regulations, and current legal and statutory requirements.
• The main function is to guarantee the effectiveness of the SGI and support operational and administrative areas in promoting a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, thus contributing to the plant's sustainable performance and strategic objectives.
• The role involves managing and maintaining customer-specific manuals and requirements, administering the customer Scorecard, and ensuring all Integral Management System (SGI) information is updated, coherent, and aligned with regulatory, corporate, and operational changes.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in petrochemical, chemical, or manufacturing environments
• Minimum 3 years as a management system engineer
• Minimum 3 years as a quality engineer
• Minimum 3 years as a management system auditor
• Intermediate English (B2 CEFR)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
• Internal or lead auditor training in SGI standards
