The EUT Engineer is the onsite contact for the local users who interact with the Apex Group IT covering desktop, telephony, networking, and business applications.
While providing a high level of customer interaction, EUT Engineer are responsible to resolve onsite IT requests in a timely fashion.

Support video conference solutions
Deploy IT equipment to new starters
Collect IT equipment from leavers
Printer support
Hands & eyes support for remote teams
Network cabling and patching
Office moves and setups
IT Asset inventory management
Provision and support phones
Work with IT vendors
Communicate clearly to users
Report major IT issues
Escalation point for users
Research and implement new systems

Key Requirements
2+ years experience in computer related support or IT operational environment
Good understanding of MS technologies: Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 365
Good written and communication skills in English
Experience with documentation and improving SOPs
Good customer focus and excellent timekeeping
Experience configuring and supporting Windows Desktop (10/11)
Basic experience supporting physical networking is desirable
