Key Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in computer related support or IT operational environment
  • Good understanding of MS technologies: Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 365
  • Good written and communication skills in English
  • Experience with documentation and improving SOPs
  • Good customer focus and excellent timekeeping
  • Experience configuring and supporting Windows Desktop (10/11)
  • Basic experience supporting physical networking is desirable
