Job Summary
In this position, you will have a managing role in an ambitious team, work on complex commercial matters, and build your own client portfolio.
You will assist clients in drafting, structuring and negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements, including transfer pricing agreements, license agreements, lease agreements, service agreements, general terms and conditions, and distribution agreements, delivering clear and pragmatic advice throughout the process.
You’ll work on challenging and meaningful client projects, use cutting-edge technology such as AI tools, learn from the best, and receive support through coaching.
