The Heights Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Services Director to lead meal preparation and oversee dietary operations for their memory care residents. The role involves significant hands-on cooking, as well as administrative responsibilities, with a preference for candidates experienced in senior living and scratch kitchen environments
Job Summary
The Director will lead the team by actively preparing meals daily for 32 residents in memory care while also overseeing administrative details.
This role ensures that meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
A candidate with experience in senior living and a scratch kitchen is preferred and can expect an hourly rate of $25.00-28.00/hour, plus full-time benefits with PACS.
