Job Summary
You will act as a strategic partner for two key Airbus entities in Ireland and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives while ensuring operational excellence.
Lead all HR activities for the Irish entities, manage the local HR team, and serve as the interface between Senior Management and social partners.
Drive HR transformation, uphold Group culture and values, and represent Airbus HR in Ireland while participating in cross-functional HR projects at the Group level.
