Job Summary

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes.
  • Key responsibilities include educating, orientating, coaching, mentoring, and supporting Long Term Care homes' frontline teams, and promoting compliance with regulatory requirements and Extendicare standards.
