  • We are looking for a compassionate, spiritual, and professional person to join the Pastoral Care team, working with the Facility Manager and care team to respond effectively to the diverse emotional, spiritual and religious needs of our residents, and their families.

Key Requirements

  • Recognised qualification/training in Pastoral/Spiritual Care
  • Minimum 2 units CPE
  • Tertiary qualifications in counselling theology psychology or equivalent
  • Spiritual Care Australia Membership
  • Familiarity with Catholic culture ritual theology tradition worldview
  • National Police Certificate or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights
