Key Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
  • HKIE / RPE (Electrical, Mechanical, Fire or Building Services) essential
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of building services installation and statutory regulations
  • Skilled in site progress monitoring
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and AutoCAD
  • Strong command of English and Chinese
