Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Government Property & Asset Management experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS property clauses
  • Proficiency in Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs equipment

Nice-to-have

  • NPMA Certified Professional Property Specialist certification
  • Experience in manufacturing facility environments
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and software
  • Knowledge of MMAS, ISO/AS9100, and SOX standards
  • Experience performing compliance audits

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma with 6 years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years
  • Must obtain Active DoD Secret clearance
  • US drivers license required
  • US Citizenship required for clearance eligibility
