This role manages the 340B Drug Pricing Program to ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity across hospital and rural clinic settings.
The selected candidate will serve as the organizational subject matter expert for 340B regulations, translating federal guidance into compliant workflows.
Periodic on-site presence is required in Big Sky and Bozeman, Montana, specifically one full week per quarter to support program operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
Current Montana Pharmacist license or ability to obtain
340B University Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Advanced 340B Operations Certification (ACE) within 90 days
Five years of health-system pharmacy experience
Demonstrated experience administering a 340B Drug Pricing Program
Work Rights
