Job Summary
This role leads and executes import and export activities for clinical trial shipments, ensuring full compliance with U.S. CBP requirements and other applicable global customs, regulatory, and controlled-substance rules.
You will develop, document, and improve SOPs and work instructions, identify and implement efficiencies in processes, systems, and vendor performance, and serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners.

Base: $96,200.00 - $151,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick days

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years’ hands-on experience
Knowledge of U.S. CBP and global trade/customs regulations
