Job Summary
The Manager, MES Development leads the design, development, deployment, and support of Manufacturing Execution System solutions across Cerrowire manufacturing facilities.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people leadership to serve as the technical owner of MES platforms while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT.
Candidates will lead architecture for real-time line status, downtime, scrap reporting, traceability, and operator workflows while ensuring solutions meet OT cybersecurity requirements.
