The Case Manager role is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to advocate for and serve individuals who struggle with addiction within a collaborative, established, patient-centered organization.
Benefits start day-1 and the schedule is 32 hours per week covering Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 8-4:30pm.
