Job Summary

  • Our goal is to find an elite sales leader with real home-improvement experience, someone who is willing to get their hands dirty, learn our services fast, and lead a team by example.
  • Reporting to the Corporate Director of Sales, the Regional Director of Sales owns regional sales performance and team development, turning lead flow into profitable revenue while protecting the customer experience and the company brand.
  • This person must be a proven closer, able to earn the team’s respect by producing results in the field early on, even though the long-term goal is leadership, not running leads.
