  • We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with automotive, fleet, or heavy equipment service management experience to lead our team of skilled technicians at our La Crosse, WI dealership.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in heavy-duty truck/engine repair and installation
  • Five years’ experience in management
  • Skills in welding, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience in employee supervision and personnel administration
  • Ability to develop written estimates and quote bids
  • Ability to read instructions, work orders, and specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate personal computer and 10 key
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Goal oriented, results focused
  • Valid Driver License required
