Key Requirements

  • MTech with 3-5 years experience or PhD with 0-4 years experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Analog and RF circuit design
  • Experience with SiGe and CMOS technologies
  • Experience in RF blocks like LNA, PA, RF switches, SPXTs
  • Experience in layout and parasitic extraction
