The Secondary Engineering Manager will lead secondary engineering activities for EHV/HV Electrical Substations, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer needs while adhering to industry standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, delivery, and cost-efficiency objectives.
Key responsibilities include system design, material selection, quantity estimation, customer technical consultations, and managing engineering workload plans for the region.
The role involves leading engineering teams, developing skills, motivating staff, allocating resources, and aligning processes and tools across ITO and OTR phases.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in EHV/HV AIS & GIS Substation design
Experience in EPC environments with multidisciplinary teams
Experience in Secondary engineering up to 765kV/400kV/220KV and HVDC Substations
Relay Testing, Equipment Testing, Control / Protection scheme testing & SAS Commissioning experience (min 1 year)
