The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
Key duties include assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
