  • The primary responsibility of this role is to support productivity and labor analysis for the TMMK operations, providing accurate and timely information to support management’s decision making.
  • This position will require an individual with highly analytical capability who also can effectively communicate results from complex calculations and leverage understanding of productivity drivers to develop ad hoc visualizations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience
  • Expert level knowledge and experience using Excel
  • Advanced degree (Masters or above) - Bonus
  • CPA or CMA - Bonus
  • 2+ years experience with SAP Financials and BPC Planning - Bonus
  • 1+ years experience in Automotive Manufacturing - Bonus
  • 1+ years experience in Toyota Accounting & Finance - Bonus
  • Experience reporting and presenting to all levels of management - Bonus
  • 1+ years experience developing PowerBI reporting - Bonus
