Job Summary

  • You will be part of the Strategic & Quality Development Department to support the operations of new initiatives or existing projects at both strategic and operational levels of the Polytechnic.
  • Design and implement apps and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, and support the creation and maintenance of databases for operational needs.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving dashboards for various TP Management, provide logistics and coordination support for workshops and events, and draft and prepare electronic direct mailers (EDMs).
