Job Summary
Manage, tune and support enterprise environments across AIX, Linux, Windows Server, Oracle databases, IIS web infrastructure, and load balancers.
Administer and optimize monitoring and observability tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, BigPanda, Zabbix, and build robust logging, metrics, and tracing stacks.
Automate provisioning and operations using Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and Python, and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.

Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering
Expertise with AIX, IBM mainframe, Linux, Windows, Oracle, IIS
Proven experience building resilient, scalable, highly available systems
Extensive use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT)
Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, BigPanda, Zabbix, SiteScope, Idera, and IBM TWS
Experience with database optimization, advanced load balancer configurations, WAF tuning
Cloud and containerization experience (AWS, IBM cloud, Azure, GCP)
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Familiarity with common enterprise application architectures
Experience in high compliance environments (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, ISO27001)
