Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN or LVN/LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience in long term care
  • Minimum 1 year experience planning nursing education programs
  • 2 or more years experience in long term care facility
  • Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
