Job Summary
The position coordinates and directs daily operations for BistrOH! Cafes, Hospitality Centers, and East kitchen under the supervision of Nutrition Services leadership.
The role is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and participating in activities of nutrition aides, sales assistants, and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service.
Candidates must manage responsibility for sanitation plans, requisition food products, and act as a frontline supervisor supporting operations across multiple hospital locations.

Must-have
600 hours kitchen equipment operation training
600 hours food preparation training
supervision of nutrition aides and kitchen personnel
enforcement of sanitation plans and quality standards
labor redistribution for maximum shift efficiency
Nice-to-have
1-3 years of management experience preferred
partnership development with other departments
experience in patient care and retail cafes
policies and procedures development skills
