Must-have
7 years global markets documentation experience
Deep knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement
Experience with Credit Support Annexes CSAs
Knowledge of interest rate FX credit equity derivatives
Understanding of Variation Margin Initial Margin closeout netting
Nice-to-have
Experience with GMRAs GMSLAs give-up agreements CDEAs
Ability to work independently in high-volume environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Pragmatic attitude with genuine interest in collaboration
Excellent record keeping and database management skills
