The role will be based from our Regional office in London, with travel required to support projects across the region.
You will be managing a team of Engineers and be part of the London Region Building Services Senior Management Team.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in a senior role leading and managing teams
In depth knowledge of M&E requirements on projects
Excellent technical knowledge of the M&E industry
Membership of governing bodies such as CIBSE or IET
Appropriate qualifications
Good commercial awareness
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
High degree of energy, self-motivation and problem solving skills
