Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for supporting the QA/QC Manager & managing the Quality Control discipline and overseeing the development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of quality activities to ensure full alignment with the Company’s strategy, commitments, and objectives.
  • The position provides leadership to multi-disciplinary teams of Senior engineers and Inspectors, ensuring effective execution of quality requirements across the construction portfolio.
  • The role-holder is accountable for promoting, adhering to, and ensuring fulfillment of QAFCO’s Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality systems and standards.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry or EPC company
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Strong team management skills
