Job Summary

  • The RAI-MDS Coordinator is responsible for supporting the long-term care home in the management and sustainability of RAI-MDS processes to ensure the validity of clinical and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate and monitor RAI-MDS processes within the home according to organizational policies and procedures, legislative requirements, standards of practice and inter-RAI requirements (CIHI).

Key Requirements

  • 3 years clinical, project leadership or management experience

  • Current knowledge of RAI-MDS 2.0
  • Experience with Point Click Care system
  • Knowledge of LTC legislation
  • Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
