Job Summary
This role will be accountable for the R&D 2.0 Digital Acceleration Roadmap, delivery and value realization to enable R&D to meet its cycle time and operational efficiency targets.
Develop and execute a digital acceleration roadmap aligned with the broader R&D Technology Enabled Science vision.
Hire, develop and retain critical talent, modernization our delivery and development methodologies to align to a platform delivery mindset.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
