Candidates must be able to set up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printers, Glue Dispensing Machines, Pick and Place Machines, and Reflow Ovens.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) experience
Setup automated SMT assembly equipment
Visual inspection of SMT assemblies
Basic soldering and rework skills
Interpret IPC-A-610 standards
Third shift availability Sun-Thu
Nice-to-have
Prior electronics manufacturing experience
Ability to train co-workers
Collaborative team environment
Safe work habits practice
Key Requirements
High School or GED degree
Complete Flex provided solder training course
Familiarity with hand tools like screwdrivers and pliers
