Perform routine and complex technical procedures
Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation
Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents
Report accurate and timely test results
Maintain a safe work environment

High volume laboratory experience
Work independently and within a team
High level of attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology
1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience
MLS degree
3 months or more of clinical laboratory testing experience
ASCP or AMT certification
Non-traditional degrees with applicable science credits that meet CLIA standards
