The position offers a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $23.85 per hour plus a 22% shift differential for the second shift schedule.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school graduate or equivalent
2 years regulated manufacturing experience
Ability to read blueprints and instructions
Manual and automated machine operation
Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Nice-to-have
Medical device industry experience preferred
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Previous light assembly experience
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
