Job Summary

  • Support in the design and administration of health and welfare benefit plans such as health plans (medical, dental, and vision), short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), life insurance, MAHLE wellness plan, etc.
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process and communicate plan changes to human resources colleagues and employees.
  • Support with federal and state regulation compliance, including the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Affordable Care Act (ACA), etc.
