  • Provide proactive, business-oriented legal and compliance advice on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical and biologic products.
  • Advise on government pricing and reporting, and the impact of commercial contracting strategies on those obligations.
  • Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure access-related strategies, communications, and materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes.

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as an attorney

  • Counseling on legal issues relating to advertising and promotion, scientific exchange, patient support programs, and interactions with healthcare professionals and payers
  • Strong knowledge of applicable statutes, regulations, and guidance
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law
