Job Summary
Provide proactive, business-oriented legal and compliance advice on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical and biologic products.
Advise on government pricing and reporting, and the impact of commercial contracting strategies on those obligations.
Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure access-related strategies, communications, and materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes.

Key Requirements
5-8 years of experience as an attorney
Significant focus on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and/or government price reporting
Experience drafting and negotiating market access-related agreements
Counseling on legal issues relating to advertising and promotion, scientific exchange, patient support programs, and interactions with healthcare professionals and payers
Strong knowledge of applicable statutes, regulations, and guidance
