Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years of data entry/customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in hospital admissions, insurance, billing, scheduling or telephone customer service (Preferred)
  • Previous insurance verification experience (Preferred)
  • Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing skills (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology (Preferred)
