The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service in all aspects of interior and exterior building maintenance and renovation within a world-class physical environment.
This role plays a key part in identifying and implementing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce emissions, and promote sustainability across the Booth School of Business campuses.
The position assists with managing multi-year capital budgets, overseeing major maintenance contracts, and developing building safety policies in collaboration with University Safety and Security.
