• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare
• 5+ years’ experience in field commercial leadership
• 2+ years’ experience in high-cost buy-and-bill models
• 2+ years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Recent U.S. experience
• Proven track-record of attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent
• Must reside within region or within 100 miles of border
• Ability to travel 60-80%
